Conceptualized as an urban getaway on an outcrop of ancestral land in Eastern, Nigeria. Villa Ramona presents a contemporary, practical, yet elegant design for a single-family. Horizontal strokes of pigmented concrete and polarized glazing temper the exterior, evoking sophistication whilst maintaining balance. Green turf on the roof deck recovers the natural green cover on site, providing outdoor relaxation and protection against solar heat gain. The architecture rests on its spatial reclamation strategy, economical footprint, and energy-efficient assets for an enhanced eco-friendly living.
