OWJ central office building is located in the center of Tehran (the capital of Iran), with a history of about 70 years, on a land of 300 square meters with a total area of 710 square meters. This building is classified as masonry buildings and has been made of age-old materials of its time, that does not meet the requirement of new international codes. It is interesting to note that the main two limitations for the renovation that affected our final approaches were having only a 3-month time and a limited budget.
