For its new office in Boston, Publicis Groupe envisioned a workplace that could dazzle clients while inspiring and motivating its 1,500 employees to creative new heights by harnessing the power of collaboration. Elkus Manfredi Architects guided employees through a robust co-creation process, producing a dynamic, flexible, culture-shifting workplace. Work neighborhoods offer a choice of work environments with colors and programming co-created by employees and designers. Welcoming cafés, terraces, and touch-down seating nooks promote movement and foster opportunities for creative collisions.
