Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City is a national knowledge centre, a national-level cooperation project and an intellectual property reform pilot zone. The project’s purpose is to gather innovative talents and entrepreneurs, in order to boost the Bay Area's acceleration to the knowledge economy era. The masterplan’s vision introduces an accessible and highly efficient vertical system, together with a sharing and communicating complex network, to build a lively, multi-dimensional living and industrial compound.
