The project uses water as the interface to generate multiple sections, such as Tourist Distribution Area (+ Parking Lots), Taiping Old Street Core Area, Boutique Hotel Area, Binhu Boutique Home stay Area, Taiping Temple Religious Cultural Area, Tunxi Public Culture and Art Exchange Area, echoing the village mode of "Sleeping on Water" in the town, and providing complete functions of "Working + Living + Touring". By removing some of the old residential roads, and combing them to the river bank, the original street textures get linked.
