The city of Jaipur faces an extreme water shortage, due in part to the insufficient collection of rainwater during monsoon season, and the contamination of the groundwater supply through pollution and illegal wells. Because of this, many portions of the population have limited access to sanitary bathing conditions. This project proposes a water-conscious solution to this problem by creating safe and clean spaces for community members to bathe, socialize, do laundry, and access bathrooms.
