One Sanlong Bay is a high-end residential development in Foshan along the Dong Ping River. This exemplary project redefines the future of livability and integrated green developments. The regional Lingnan culture inspires the design concept of ‘Living by the Water.’ A holistic design was created by utilizing the green connective landscape that unifies community functions and diverse programmatic spaces. Integral to the beauty of the landscape is its commitment to social and environmental sustainability. This project promotes a sustainable future by integrating nature, art, and culture.
