Mirvish Village is a mixed-use development establishing a dynamic transit-oriented neighbourhood on an underutilized 4.5-acre site. Inspired by small building floorplates of Tokyo, it comprises 32 micro buildings, with varying heights up to 27 storeys, generating lively streetscapes. Externally, the buildings display diverse window patterns and cladding to create individual identities and soften massing. The program includes almost 900 rental suites (40% at below market rents), 23 retained heritage homes, a 12,375 ft2 park, large public market and retail at grade tailored to micro-retailers.
