Main facades with double skin and terraces that enjoy privacy and, at the same time, a wide view to the street, thanks to a system of blinds that unfold and intertwine their slats. Dynamism as an exterior image, a horizontal communication that is enhanced by the vertical connection of gaps for climbing plants. The flats are glazed on the entire exterior facade. The double skin of sliding shutters, which follow the zigzagging movement of the terraces, is the architectural element that provides solar and acoustic protection, while offering a contrast of natural tones to a sober exterior image.
