This significant historic residence is in the Santa Fe NM National Historic District. It was constructed before 1860 and substantially ammended in 1929 by well known Santa Fe Designer Frank Applegate. Through the stewardship of many Owners the house retains much of its integrity including its authentic Mud Plaster Exterior rendering. The new owners with Dale F Zinn, Architect undertook the project in 2019 to substantially restore and refurbish the house while maintaining all character defining features and historic character. It recently received 2022 recognition from the City of Santa Fe.
