Heartland 66, a LEED Gold mixed-use development, is situated in downtown Wuhan City, PRC. The development of 433,000m² GFA comprises of a graceful 6-storey premium retail mall podium, a prominent and distinctive 325m tall office tower and three elegant serviced apartment towers of 150m, 175m and 200m in height. The ‘Chinese knot’, a single length of cord shaped into complex forms, inspired the dynamic infinity loop roof form enclosing the mall and evolved as a response to the circulation patterns that interweaves the retail with a series of public event spaces, green terraces and roof garden.
