This major science complex, aiming for LEED Gold certification and totalling nearly 60,000 m², is a true social project. Indeed, by fostering the creation of networks within the university community and connecting it to the surrounding neighbourhoods, the project contributes to the revitalization of an entire sector through the development of an innovative environment. The Science Complex is composed of two hubs (Science and Education) articulated on either side of a north-south axis that crosses the site and connects the neighbourhoods, green spaces, public places, and university buildings.
