The site features a rectangular shape. The southeast side is higher than the northwest side, with a height difference of about 1.5m. The project occupies a plot area of 5,988m² and a gross floor area of 10,453m². The Phase I and Phase II constructions of the project are planned in a unified manner, each of which is functionally independent, with separate pedestrian entrances and exits as well as basement entrances and exits. They are independently operated, without mutual interference, and have complete above-ground and underground spaces. The project won 2022 MUSE Design Awards (Silver).
