Located in a hundred year-old heritage building called ‘Unity’, the Rue de la Gauchetière project restores a loft apartment in the Old Port of Montreal with a simple, clever concept: a box inside the box. This city loft redefines family living through a flexible, bespoke architectural intervention while celebrating a new form of minimalism with earthy, industrial origins.
