C73 Architectural Party was conceived to respond site conditions of an over 30 meter height cliff and the surrounded damaged federal forest reserve. The abrupt height invited us to design a liveable diaphanous double cantiliever trust over the forest now reforested as part of the project. The ecological approach was implemented with the use of energetic foundation piles, use of solar panels, proper materiality to protect the skin house and zero drainage to the public sewer. Electrical consumption equals foundation energy piles and sun harvest,Treated water is used to irrigate the forest.
