Anchoring the KPF-designed 5M SoMA mixed-use development, 415 Natoma provides dynamic, state-of-the-art workspace for tenants and welcomes the community into its public spaces. With large open floor plates created through a side loaded core and vertical circulation, activity-based layouts promote movement and offer a variety of collaborative spaces. At the ground level, a retail arcade and publicly accessible living room extend via large glass doors to the adjacent streets, activating the ground plane by inviting visitors to engage with the building.
