The project creates an outstanding icon of the area with the continuous façades facing the river side and the Olympic stadium. The tower facade design draws inspiration from the ancient Qin Dynasty armor, which is a unique symbol of Xi’an city. By the pleasant scale of open retail street, outdoor space and event plaza, the design enhances the customer flow and establishes a dynamic neighborhood, and furthermore with the diversified programs and functions, successfully makes a urban mixed use hub of workplace, retail, hospitality and residential.
