(Emergency Alert! Air raid, air raid...) In the past, humans got caught in endless political battles; supreme sovereignties claimed this land. The Grass Mountain Bomb Shelter stood out from the chaos of wars and was hidden until humanity reveals it now. How we treat it and to change its value is the purpose of this project. Functions and publicness will be discussed in the end, along with how a bathing place in a bomb shelter can be reborn.
