This project marks an important focal point for K-Pop fans and industry players as a center for K-Pop. The project is comprised of an existing, older structure, along with newer and smaller buildings. Our challenge was to harmonize and unify these buildings into an efficient and effective collective, despite failed past attempts, all while helping to express the project's overall identity. For this, we designed an integrated exterior facade, using stone panels that were parametrically controlled to create a harmonious, almost lyrical movement.
