Sanheyuan was a common and general living environment in Taiwan back in the early days. We’re trying to bring back the interactions between residents by rearranging the living units and utilizing those unique elements of Sanheyuan. Recently, many people are put in quarantine during the severe pandemic, the private and public spaces designed can help out the situation by separating the living areas. To look after the mental health of people in quarantine, religious elements and symbols are infused into the overall design, hoping to build up a spiritual residence under the epidemic.
