EQ House is a growing house designed for Mercedes Benz to promote their EQ brand for electric mobility in Tokyo, Japan. The goal was to design a futuristic architecture that feels like a part of nature, achieving human comfort and sustainability. The facade panels - each of them has its unique openings designed through an algorithm - and the IoT bring natural light and air into the house according to nature, but also individual preferences through communication with people. The AI system equipped with the house enables EQ House to learn and grow, creating highly customized spaces to live in.
