Inspired by the river, the meandering water, soft lines, and the floating island are translated into the design language that correspond with the concept of "Pearl River precious jade." At the same time, the design takes "multi-dimensional cluster + dancing with nature + community integration" as the core ideas, and adopts the planning structure of "one axis, three groups, and three cores" to create a diverse and dynamic ecological space, and to build a highly open, highly compound mixed-used TOD project with strong spatial nodes and connections.
