mnmMOD is a high-performance factory-manufactured paneling system that eliminates on site-construction but allows architects and contractors to design and build dwellings in any form with standardized panel sizes. It changes the building process, not design possibilities. Produced in highly-efficient standardized sizes, mnmMOD panels are flatpacked and shipped to site then assembled by as few as two conscientious workers with a screw gun. It reduces weeks of framing and construction to as little as eight hours but can be assembled in any form.
