Located on the central axis in the Futian CBD of Shenzhen, Link CentralWalk is surrounded by a network of financial institutions, civic, retail centers and convenient transportation. Positioned as a sanctuary in a hectic city, the project provides a sensory journey where visitors could immerse themselves in a “slow space” and Four Seasons’ themed areas. The enhancement plan is chiefly about strengthening indoor-outdoor relationship, improving connectivity and circulation, and increasing commercial value through strategical planning, interior and façade makeover as well as landscape upgrade.
