The project was master planned based on the existing topography and forests. Combined with the red-soil geological park, it maximized the existing site conditions and natural landscape resources. The building volumes were grouped together in different heights and directions, so each unit boasts a scenic view. Meanwhile, the buildings, which were built near water, seem to dynamically grow from the site and integrate into nature. With unique structures, the buildings "grow" vigorously in the mountains like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, and "float" above the treetops.
