Working with our clients to update an existing, pre-recession townhouse situated in the base of a high-rise, Collective Office has been able to provide a clean, modern, living experience that matches their minimalist tastes. The integration of custom millwork into the existing framework of the townhouse allows for selective texture and materiality to be celebrated against a white, bright backdrop. A white oak chevron floor, full-height marbled slabs, and exposed concrete structural walls introduce both warmth and raw character into 4 floors of space with museum-quality detailing. Millwork is
