Cube houses

When I visited Rotterdam, I was impressed by the charming cube houses, which are landmarks of this city. Designed by architect Piet Blom, each building looks like a tree. I saw many photos of them, so I wanted to create something different to stand out. I went to the garage level and pointed my camera toward the upper floor to catch a piece of the blue sky in a star shape, which was formed by the little yellow cube houses. To have a nice color and light contrast, I used the concrete parapets of the first floor as a natural frame. I like the abstract result!
