Thankusir·Neverland is originally an abandoned car repair factory with each space fragmented disorderly out of connection. Facing great difficulties in finance and renovation, the designers take advantage of the beauty of the building itself. Most of the walls are removed, skylights opened for daylight, concrete wall sections exposed dotted with ceramics, wooden tables & chairs and green plants, endowing space with “art museum” aura and harmonious poetic beauty. Also, the three-storied space,featuring both independent and interconnected, makes business operation more economical and efficient.
