The Clubhouse within the residential development Valle San Nicolás was conceptualized as a boat anchored and floating on the water, to relate the mountains and a lake through architectural work. Volumetrically resolved by an 1800-sqm circular floor plan, its footprint is a third of its floor, where the water can flow freely below and the rainwater runoff can follow its natural course. The two rings serve as open corridors to move around the building and enjoy near-360-degree-views of the landscape. The interiors deploy materials that match the CLT structure and the surroundings.
