Casamia Community House becomes an architectural hub for the wider community of Hoi An Ancient Town as the bamboo structure is a unique tourist destination for Vietnamese and foreign tourists. It is also a place to host local, national and global events, bringing in values not only for the local community but for the country in general. Casamia Urban Area is an important area, located in the heart of the Seven Mau Coconut Forest biosphere reserve recognized by UNESCO right next to Hoi An ancient town. It is a green urban area with emphasis on green spaces, sustainability and the community.
