ClientPease Park Conservancy

Known as Austin’s first park, this 84 acre park nestles between downtown and neighborhoods along Shoal Creek. This project implements the first phase of a master plan by rehabilitating, preserving, and enhancing the park’s southernmost tip, affectionately referred to as its recreational heart and soul. The design weaves together mature existing vegetation with a robust program of facilities and amenities including event spaces, new restrooms and storage facilities, natural playgrounds, basketball court, and an interactive water feature recalling the Texas Hill Country karst limestone aquifers.
