Located in the heart of Hong Kong's financial district, The Henderson is the first super Grade-A commercial development in Central for a decade, providing an opportunity to create an architectural masterpiece. The design of the 36-storey tower, achieved by Zaha Hadid Architects, originates from the city's emblem flower, Bauhinia x blakeana, which redefines building aesthetics with a poetic interpretation. The elevated building has a horizontal connection to existing pedestrian walkways and elevated footbridges, allowing the adjacent green spaces to visually merge to form an “urban oasis.”
