SAWA, the healthiest building in the Netherlands, sets a new standard in circular timber construction with a 50 metres high modular building system, entirely constructed from wood. With SAWA, value is added to the neighbourhood and the city in the broadest sense. These "shared values" relate to CO2 reduction, strengthening biodiversity and creating a circular building with affordable housing, where people care for each other and for nature. SAWA is an example project for new generations, an important step towards achieving the sustainability goals and proof that things can be done differently.
