SFSU Marcus Hall is designed as a 4-story learning production environment for teaching electronic media capture, editing and broadcast. It is home to the Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts program and houses TV broadcast and audio recording studios, radio station, classrooms, and offices. The ground floor studios are highly acoustically controlled allowing for specialized media content creation. The upper levels are predominantly of classrooms and offices. The envelope consists of exposed concrete, metal cladding, and aluminum curtainwall.
