The 31-hectare project embodies BSP’s inclusivity advocacy and the desire to be closer to the people. As the first LEED and WELL certified government facility in the country, it will be the benchmark for all future government projects in terms of environmental sustainability and wellness promotion. The masterplan balances publicly accessible zones with the high security imperatives of a central bank headquarters, a minting facility, and two Tier 3 Data Centers. It also has office facilities with innovative tech integration, a museum, academic buildings, a sports complex, and retail spaces.
