Located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, this groundbreaking project offers new standards for architecture, sustainable construction and energy efficiency. The location on Paseo Mallorca, with its trees and views of the Riera watercourse, is unique due to its urban integration, quality of materials, interior design and comfort. The wooden façade is an organic, permeable and changing layer, an exterior reflection of its interior, a solar filter to modulate light and shade, optimized through solar studies, which adapts to the different climate needs.
