Bosc d’en Pep Ferrer is a traditional toponym of a plot located next to Migjorn beach, on the island of Formentera. The project focuses on the duality between telluric and tectonic. Heavy and light. Handcrafted and technological. The bedrock has been carved as if it were a sculpture, while the ground floor is divided into three light modules built with cross laminated timber. The disposition of the plan gives place to successions of patios, transverse views and a place discovered by surprise: a natural cave in the main access courtyard, which was integrated during the process of construction.
