The 2,050 sf ZN Prototype House with an 575 sf guest house was designed as a kit of parts that could easily be erected on any site. The floor plan and overall form of the freestanding house is very efficient and feels spacious, beautifully crafted, and modern. The kit-of-parts construction includes prefabricated roof trusses, prefabricated, modular interior and exterior wall panels and shear columns, modular floor to ceiling windows, wood siding used inside and outside, prefinished engineered oak wood planks on the floors and ceilings, and modular millwork for the kitchen and closets.
