The dwellings have a deliberately simple layout in order to guarantee the optimal use of the spaces. Servant or transitional zones are located in the center of the dwellings, freeing up the facades for living rooms and bedrooms that open onto large balconies extending the spaces to the exterior. A bedroom is always directly connected with the living room to ensure flexibility and reversibility of use. The constructive and technical rationality, with the derived economic gain, has allowed the realization of 4 apartments in addition to what was planned.
