With the rapid growth of urban development, old shops and street stalls that shape Hong Kong's cultural diversity will be demolished, causing a gradual disappearance of local traditions and cultural heritage. To revitalize and celebrate these valuable practices, an elevated temporary bamboo structure is designed, creating a festival space. Considering bamboo as a material used for urban interactions, the festival takes place annually and aims to engage people to explore local street cultures and craftsmanship through workshops and performances, manifesting the spirit of Hong Kong tradition.
