THELIFE is a groundbreaking design code for apartment renovation. Part bespoke, part modular, it transforms pedestrian apartments into affordable and sustainable alternatives to brand-new luxury homes. Once a cramped four-room apartment, THELIFE Suitengumae is now an airy open-plan residence of modern luxury. Its limited space is maximized by minimalist fittings of wood, glass and metal accents. Architectural use of rounded corners soften aesthetics and indirect lighting is ingeniously used to visually define and accentuate spaces.
