ZOZO is the company which operates the fashion shopping site "ZOZOTOWN". ZOZO has developed by prioritizing the sales of external apparel manufacturers over the in-house production of its own products. ZOZO considers the city as an "area type office" and aims to coexist with cafes, parks and nurseries in the city. Covid-19 has changed the way we work and how we work. ZOZO has shifted to a hybrid "new way of working" where employees come to work twice a week and work remotely three times a week. This is the office that makes this possible.
