Shenzhen Super D Technology Centre

Located in the High-tech Industrial Park in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Super D is a 17- storey 100 meters high-rise building with 3- storey basement. The total typical floor area is 1,360 sq. m. Super D utilised BIM to assist in design, construction and management stages. More than that, the building is LEED (USA) Gold certified and awarded China’s Green Building Label, China Property Award for Best Office Design and Highly Commended for Best Green Development with Grade A office provisions such as universal grid, raised floor, vibration dampener for precision engineering research and also acoustic barrier. Sustainable design approach stems from both active and passive design strategies, active such as technology plugin like solar panels, grey water recycling and smart system to conserve resources; passive design like introducing stack effect in the building envelope, inserting sky garden and double volume spaces to enhance natural ventilation and lower building latent temperature. We wanted to create a building catering the needs and habits of the future you, and in Super D Technology Centre, we achieved exactly that.
