Transformation and definition of a standout visual identity for Deloitte España though innovative interior design implemented nationwide. Following a change in brand and visual identity, Deloitte España was looking to improve its office portfolio across the country identifying with this new corporate culture while suiting the business needs of each department. Teaming up with DMA Partners, the two companies worked together and developed an interior design standard or “manual” incorporating these corporate values, for implementation across the necessary professional workspaces. These designs had to be both functional and motivational for its employees, whilst also taking the opportunity to broadcast the brand and serve as a useful sales tool for potential future customers. The project has so far proved hugely successful, with implementation across offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza and multiple other Spanish cities. The President of Deloitte España has advocated the Deloitte Greenhouse space, in particular on on their YouTube channel, while feedback from internal surveys taken by employees has also been very high to date. Moving forward, Deloitte España and DMA Partners maintain their effective partnership as the remodelling project continues across new office spaces, helping Deloitte to set themselves apart from competition and strengthen the overall Deloitte global brand.
