The purpose of the Aruba Customer Experience Center (CEC) in Santa Clara is to create highly customized experiences for current and potential customers. The space allows Aruba’s experts and executives to share the company’s story, build relationships with guests and highlight key products and solutions, all while leaving an impression that is both educational and memorable. The experience of the CEC focuses not only on providing connectivity, but also adding the contexts of Identity, Location and Security — allowing Aruba to demonstrate and bridge the gap between the digital and physical environments. Within the CEC, there are a number of different Mobile First Experience Zones for their customers to engage and interact with: Digital Workplace, Retail, Manufacturing & IoT and Hospitality. These zones demonstrate some real- world use cases and back-office analytics and tools. They help the visitors understand firsthand how Aruba can help them with their respective challenges.
