Upcoming of F&B interior design trend injects a new idea of combining of figurative art and abstract expression to enrich the visualized elements and also stimulates diner’s imagination. Interior design of Kamon Teppanyaki (Hong Kong) emphasizes on interactive experience and create lively atmosphere. Customers can flip the movable feature wall of the corridor freely, the shadow of each wooden piece form a beautiful art piece. Same level of the dining table and the Teppanyaki steel st stove increases the affinity between the cu customer and chef, direct communication and in interaction with chef enhances dining ex experience. Designer features ocean life by figurative and abstract arts to express design concept “Power of the Ocean”. Figurative art such as the fish scales liked ceiling mirror, the shipbase craft above the teppanyaki teppanyaki area; while abstract art such as the reflection of bronze wall with white marble and copper fish’s décor to illustrate the water movement, the interactive movable feature wall of corridor allows the customers to feel themselves as fishes flowing or swimming towards the main dining area. When the customers are seated, they can see the Louise Grey’s smooth lines d dancing on the marble table, the beautiful p pattern of it just likes the fish fins.
