This apartment is located on the 11th floor of a 25-story high-rise apartment complex, with wonderful lighting and ventilation, the window also offers a breathtaking view of the landscape. The owner is a middle-aged man with passion for delicious food, and a vivacious teenage boy. They require a place with at least two bedrooms for each of them, a multipurpose living room, and a space large enough to hold a large collection of LEGOs and other daily usage items. They hope that the various areas around the apartment will be open and interconnected. In addition, they are looking for a place that offers plenty of natural lighting and an expansive view of the outdoor landscapes. The designer has taken into account the long and sultry subtropical summertime, and has made openable expansive windows a priority in the window design. The designer has rearranged the space in accordance with the layout requested by the owner, and has included the desired amenities, facilities, materials and appliances. Moreover, the designer has incorporated both aesthetic principles and the practical needs of the residents to create an altogether unique living space. The buyers are expecting a living space that is aesthetically pleasing, simply decorated and thought-provoking.
