Kaohsiung harbor was closed for many years after Japan leaves Taiwan at the end of WWll. Things started to changes in this past decades, some major building was built around the harbor, rebranding Kaohsiung as a Ocean City. This music center is one of the most important part of this Kaohsiung Harbor Masterplan. We are very lucky to witness the change of this beautiful change.
