The problem that I am mainly concerned with is the children that live in those tiny units. Living inside a subdivided unit not only may cause some security problems but live with less privacy. A data claimed that 80% of them have problems with their spine since they need to study on their bed for a long time. To solve the problem, I tried to increase the living area by increasing the height, use loft to create multiple floors in one unit. Moreover, I designed some shared studying areas inside the community let the kids and teens able to study together and help each other.
