Monolith

This building, which is called the "Memorial" designed by the architect Rudy Ricciotti, has the particularity of being underground. In the form of a long monolith, it occupies the only open space on the site, in the heart of the former refugee camp. Despite its imposing volume (200 meters long by 20 meters wide), and its modern architecture with verv clean lines. The roof is flush with the natural ground and rises gradually without exceeding the ridge of the barracks. A work on the aesthetic of the building in a minimalist composition.
